·Graham crackers, chocolate, marshmallows



Friday Breakfast:

Pancakes, Eggs, Fruit, Sausage

·Pancake batter, eggs, bananas, apples, oranges, sausage links, butter, syrup, jam



Friday Lunch:

Sandwiches with fixins

·Whole wheat and white bread, lunch meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, mayo, etc.

· Peanut butter and jelly

·Chips, granola bars, fruit, baby carrots


Friday Dinner:

Hamburgers & Hotdogs

·Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Fixins, Pasta Salad, Fruit, Corn on the Cob



Saturday Breakfast
Breakfast Burritos, Fruit, and Muffins

·Eggs, green and red peppers, onions, cheese, ham, tortillas, jam

·Fruit – peaches or something yummy

·Muffins



Saturday Lunch

Bagel Sandwiches with fixins

·Cream cheese, cheese, lunch meat, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, maybe bacon

·(alternative) leftover bread and PB&J from Thursday

·String cheese, fruit snacks, trail mix, fun-size candy bar


Snacks along trail:

Ideas

·Trail mix, fruit, granola bars, string cheese, etc.

·Possibly – biscuit made from as much flour as the pioneers received towards the end of their journey
